Rahila Deshmukh-Head of the Project Department

With over 20 years of extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry, Rahila brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to our organization. Her expertise spans medicinal chemistry, project management, cross-functional leadership, and client engagement, with a proven record of driving complex FTE and FFS programs and delivering high-value compounds for drug discovery.

Before joining Infinia Sciences, Rahila held key leadership roles at TCG Life Sciences Ltd., Sai Life Sciences Ltd., and Chembiotek Research International Ltd., contributing significantly to innovation and operational excellence in each role.

At Infinia Sciences, she will lead the Project Department, fostering collaboration, ensuring scientific excellence, and strengthening client partnerships to drive our mission forward.
